Even though she is upset and heartbroken, she kept fighting for what is right. This second book was not as good as the first one, but this does not make the book any less fantastic! Jesse is such a strong character. I still can’t put into words how much I love this new series. The way she writes and tells a story is just breathtaking. All I could think of was this book to come out! This just shows how much I love Karen Lynch’s stories. I was just so excited for this book to finally come out! For the last few days, I was a mess and couldn’t sit still. I may or may not have planned my whole week around this book release. When you stare into nothingness after finishing a book and regret that it is over, you know that you just read a fantastic book. When she is sent to find a stolen Fae artefact, her life is in great danger again. Finding her parents brought her great joy, but losing some of her new-found friends broke her heart. Jesse’s life has been turned upside down. We can always hope.YESSSSS! Knight by Karen Lynch is the second book of the Fae Games Series. A producer must show interest in your film rights and even then, there is a lot that must happen for a movie to be made. Q: Will you have Relentless made into a movie?Ī: I wish this was up to me but it is not. It is a YA Urban Fantasy series that is completely unrelated to the Relentless series. I am currently working on the Fae Games trilogy. My work is copyrighted against this.Ī: Yes. Is it ok if I use the Mohiri in my book if I use different characters?Ī: I'm flattered, but I can't allow any of the characters, races or creatures I've created to be used in other books because it would confuse readers. Q: I love your characters and the world you've created. I have a small circle of author friends whose books I beta read, but I don't have time for anything beyond that. Can you read it and tell me what you think of it?Ī: Due to my heavy work schedule, I don't read books from people I don't know. I also like a heroine who can make me laugh. One of my favorite series is the Rylee Adamson series by Shannon Mayer. But when I'm chilling out, I like to read paranormal stories with a strong female lead and a good romance. Q: What kind of books do you like to read?Ī: I like some of the classics and Jane Eyre is my absolute favorite. I did like that scene so I've saved it to use somewhere else. Once the story evolved in my head and on paper, the dream scene never made it into the book.
